First, we were very impressed with the installation crew. Justin was professional, polite and flexible. We discussed multiple paths for routing the ‘exhaust’ pipe and I feel we ended up with the most discreet and directional path with minimal right angle bends. The whole crew went right to their assigned task which resulted in a quick installation (which was desirable seeing as we had another contractor on-site remodeling a bathroom). I was not looking forward to having to clean up the fine concrete dust generated from drilling through the basement floor so I was very pleased to learn about the dust containment procedure the crew used.

Thanks for doing this so fast for us. I have to say that my first experience with radon was a positive one. Your work crew was very nice and professional and I was very pleased with the outcome of the installation. I had to walk around the basement three times before I even saw the unit.
